We're the trusted bridge between brands and the creator ecosystem. We've been in the UGC space for over 15 years each, brokering the first-ever UGC brand deal in 2016 and leading some of the largest acquisitions and activations in the space.
The Role
You'll own the production and delivery of our brand activation projects from pitch through launch and live-ops. This means being the primary day-to-day point of contact for both our brand clients and UGC studios. That requires a rare combination of corporate professionalism and creator-community fluency.
What You'll Do
- Run projects end-to-end. Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent brand activations on Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft.
- Be the client's trusted partner. Lead client calls, prepare status reports, manage expectations, and ensure brand/IP guidelines are followed throughout development.
- Wrangle developers. Coordinate with external UGC studios to keep work on track. You'll need to communicate effectively with native-platform developers who operate differently than traditional game studios.
- Own reporting and analytics. Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and surface insights that help our clients understand how their activations are performing.
- Protect quality and brand safety. Review builds, flag issues, and ensure every activation meets both our standards and the client's.
- Support deal flow. Evaluate new developer partners, build pitch materials, and participate in scoping new projects.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 5+ years in production, project management, or account management, ideally in gaming or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of at least one major UGC platform (Roblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, or Minecraft).
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills. You'll go from 10 person calls with large brands straight to sending memes in Discord with a Roblox developer. You need to be fluent in both worlds.
- Highly organized with experience managing multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders, timelines, and scopes
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you'll wear multiple hats.
- Self-directed. You need to take ownership, flag problems early, and drive things forward without being asked.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with the Roblox developer ecosystem
- Experience with branded content, IP licensing, or entertainment marketing
- Experience making pitches and wrap reports
- Familiar with tools like frame.io, can make pretty gantt charts, and can pick up new tools quickly
